Staff
Our specialty is one on one manual therapy techniques which have proven highly effective for a variety of problems affecting joints, muscles, ligaments and nerves. Pain Relief and Physical Therapy's staff employ the unique science and art of accurate assessment leading to skilled treatment with constant reassessment of the goals and needs of the patient. Our goal is to respond to each patient's situation individually and in a manner consistent with our advanced training.
Bryan O'Halloran
Bryan O’Halloran, PT, SCS, OCS is the owner and director of Pain Relief & Physical Therapy. He graduated from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia and is a Board Certified in Sports and Orthopedics. He lectures nationally to physical therapists, physicians and athletic trainers regarding our specialized rehabilitation techniques and is a Founding Fellow of the American Maitland Instructors Association. He is one of 34 physical therapists in the country who have a dual Board Certification. Bryan has worked with Australian National Teams at World Championships and has experience working with a great variety of orthopedic problems including his current area of research involving the back.
David Klass
David Klass, DPT, joined Pain Relief and Physical Therapy in January 2009 after several years of practice in outpatient physical therapy. He holds a B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Drexel University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2006. He has since completed advanced coursework with an emphasis on the evaluation and treatment of disorders of the spine and extremities.
Heather Leiggi
Heather Leiggi, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist who graduated from Arcadia University in 1999. She has been working as an outpatient physical therapist since graduating and been at Pain Relief and Physical Therapy since August 2009. In addition, she is a professional triathlete who competes in races around the world.
Donna Foster
Donna Foster, PTA, is a licensed physical therapist assistant who attended school at Harcum College, and graduated in 1989. She has worked in outpatient care for the past 20 years. She has been a member of the staff at Pain Relief and Physical Therapy since October, 2009. She grew up in Havertown and currently lives in Broomall.
Paul Haerling
Paul Haerling, PT, DPT, is a certified physical therapist who attended physical therapy school at Temple University, and graduated in May of 2010. He is originally from Raymond, Washington and attended Western Washington University for his undergraduate degree. Before attending PT school, Paul worked at MarRan Physical Therapy in Redmond, WA for 2 years as a PT aide. He has been a member of the staff since August 2010.
Addison Lerner
Addison Lerner, DPT and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She graduated from Utica College in May 2010 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and in May 2008 with a B.S. in Health Studies. She works at Pain Relief and Physical Therapy as a physical therapist and also as the head of the EDGE fitness program for athletes. Chrissy Cook
Chrissy Cook, ATC, CFT is a certified athletic trainer and a certified fitness trainer. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association and the Internal Sports Science Association. She is a graduate of Temple University May 2006 with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training. She will works as the athletic trainer at Monsignor Bonner High School and Archbishop Prendergast High School in Drexel Hill. Chrissy also works at Pain Relief and Physical Therapy as a fitness trainer.
Ellis Mair
Ellis Mair, ATC is a certified athletic trainer and is a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association. She is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University in May 2009 with a B.S. in Kinesiology in the Athletic Training Option. She was a Staff Athletic Trainer for University Orthopedics Center in State College, PA working at State College Area High School. She was also a Staff Athletic Trainer for Penn State Intramurals and Penn State Sport Camps. She currently works at Monsignor Bonner and Archbishop Prendergast High Schools.Accupuncturist
